Maybe I am confused by the wording here, "NOT accepting new projects for
the CMS system." http://www.apache.org/dev/cms.html. Does this mean we can
not use it?

I like what sentry  and falcon has done. It is simple and clean.

Does anyone else have any preferences? I prefer what has the lowest
learning curve.
