[gradle-dev] Windows CI build

The windows CI build is working again. The update to the new wrapper  
version (which contains the change from exe to bat) is responsible  
for this. I still don't know why it has not worked before. Before  
this change we always had a failing integration test, now all  
integration tests are running successfully.
