The timestamps in the HTML test reports are missing their timezone. As far as I am aware ISO8601 requires a missing timezone to imply that the time is in local time. However I am getting UTC/GMT times and not BST times in my test reports. Technically this is wrong -- if UTC/GMT is to be used then either Z or +0000 or +00:00 needs to be appended to the date/time.
