Thanks you for your examples of cases.

Just few remarks :
For the point 1), if you conserve the commons archive, wich location to
store it?
For the point 3), for my opinion, by default execute "gradle clean" on the
webservices projet must not clean the commons project. But provide on option
parameter for the need.
I think it should be taken into account, the case where  the webservice
module depending on many modules and the user want just to delete the
webservice project compilation output.
