It is only uninspiring because you are a programmer first and a writer
second ;-)

Can I propose a wiki page where people can jot notes about what is
missing, what needs taking out and what needs adding.  Then there is a
place people can put stuff when it arises and also use it as a way of
contributing if and when they can.

I will chip in from time to time, but most of my writing effort on
Gradle is going into doing a manuscript for a book -- and this needs to
be kept separate.
