My point is that there is no explicit timezone specification on the
date/times and so (as I understand the standard) they should be local
time. However I am getting GMT (aka UTC, aka Zulu) Which since
yesterday morning for the next 6 months is 1 hour wrong.
Either the correct local time needs reporting or +00:00 needs to be
added to the date/time.
Should I create a JIRA for this?
