I have submitted the dependency layer refactoring to SVN. Without my
Mac's time machine I would have lost days of work. Git has a learning
curve :)
There is one failing integration test complaining rightly that the
links in the user's guide are no longer up to date (great Job, Adam).
I gonna fix the user's guide soon. Besides this everything seems to
work fine.
