Hi together,
the circular dependencies between core and wrapper / toolingApi make it
impossible to build in eclipse.
I would therefore propose to move the following class into the core project:
org.gradle.api.tasks.wrapper.internal.DistributionLocator
Besides that, it looks like the 'toolingApi' should be merged with core as it
is not possbile to resolve the circular dependency easily.
