The 'running & testing installation' contains very pretty screenshot
of the console after running 'gradle -v' - see yourself:

I'd like to simplify it, remove the formatted console output from the
guide and simply say that the user should see the version she
downloaded :) The reason is that keeping this content in the guide
complicates the release procedure (be it automated or manual) and the
benefits are marginal.
If you have some objections I'll risk it hoping to placate your wrath
some day over a beer... If you couldn't live without gradle -v output
in the guide tell me soon and I will leave it be.
