Hi

If the user email list is not monitored, maybe it should just be shut down.
I don't have strong opinions in the forum vs email list debate, but having
two non-interoperable systems seems at best confusing and likely to trap
new users who stumble on the mailing list. Since it appears that the call
has been made that the forums are the future, just make a clean break by
shutting the email list down and move on.

Or at least put up an autoreply to user postings saying "please use the
forum".

Just my $0.02
