Thanks so much Luke for your relentless efforts of getting right the
words in notes & guide :)

Personally, I don't mind 'we' in the docs and many times I am
interested in people behind tools I use (actually, in their wicked
minds :). Nevertheless this request makes sense to me and I will keep
it in mind next time I'm doing any documentation poetry.
