It seems the Grails Publish Plugin has one dependency on another module,
`grails-gradle-model`, and its class `GrailsNameUtils`.
However, this is only used to make the first character of a string
uppercase, so that can easily be replaced.

I think this split makes sense, if it means we can leverage the publish
plugin everywhere.
