FYI: Upcoming RC2 votes

Hi Everyone,

I'm going to work on staging Grails 7.0.0-RC2 vote.  As part of that,
I'll also be staging redis, quartz, security, github actions, and
grails publish.  Votes will be called once everything is staged.
