Hello everyone: There is an old issue[^1] descripted that zh-cn version of README and documentation can be added.
On the one hand, the zh-cn version will help users and developers who read Chinese get involved better; On the other hand, maintaining two versions of documentation can bother developers as long as they need to modify documents. So here are two questions: Do we need the zh-cn version of README? Do we need the zh-cn version of all documents? >From my personal perspective, we can add the zh-cn(or other languages) version of README, but do not need another version of documents.
