Hi Andreas,
you can't create your own layouts. You must choose one of the given,
but you can later move the page placeholders around. You can also
change the orientation of the handout pages without changing orientation
for the other slides. If you need a different amount of page
placeholders on the handout slide, you can change that with a basic
macro or editing the content.xml in the document zip file. You can
than use that document as a template if you need that special handout
layout more often.
