graphics in openoffice draw and how to implement them".
That depends, have you checked the sdk already? There is a fine
documentation on how to add toolbars to OOo.
How to implement things in draw highly depends on what features you
like to include.
Do you plan to contribute your work back to the OOo community?
There is lots of documentation on www.openoffice.org to keep you
started on developing.
