[graphics-dev] stop when saving a draw document with a empty layer name

Hi all, 
Here the OpenOffice.org Draw will stop. Reproduce the issue as following: 
1.create a new Drawing 
2.insert a new layer with the default name "Layer4", click button "OK" 
3.rename "Layer4":right click on the Tab of "Layer4",delete the string "Layer4" 
to make it a empty name 
4.click the save button(or other button) in the Toolbar 
5.The OpenOffice.org Draw will stop. 

Is this issue have been reported ? My test environment is: Windows XP SP2 CHS + 
OOo2.2EN .
