yes, good catch. So, this calls for a bit of debugging - are you in? ;-) I'd suspect something like bForceOne/bForceTwoPixel to fire in svx/source/svdraw/svdobj.cxx:ImpPrepareLineGeometry(). It's more unlikely that the SvtGraphicStroke in eps.cxx is incorrectly interpreted - rather, that this object comes in with wrong values already.
