The concept is brilliant and I have been trying it out since I need to print a document double-sided and it has some missing blank pages. i.e. nothing too complicated
Sadly some of the formatting is screwing up and so the current version of the extension is not able to do what I need. I tried to create a sample page so that you can see where it is going wrong. The results from a single page were quite different from a large document so my attempts to send a simple example have been frustrated. The document that I am working on is the Adult Court Bench Book from the Judicial Studies Board and can be downloaded from http://www.jsboard.co.uk/downloads/acbb_complete_07.pdf It seems that the detection of bold text is not always producing the right effect - i.e. heading runs off the page and embedded text misses a space between itself and the next word. (see Slide 66) However, as previously mentioned, this effect various depending on the size of the document.
