Gravitino's existing implementation for Iceberg REST Catalog demonstrates a mature approach to managing REST-based metadata catalogs. Extending this capability to Paimon would further solidify Gravitino's position as a unified metadata management platform for data lakehouses. I'm interested in understanding: 1.
