[~fengpan] streaming connectors are used only with [streaming
jobs|http://griffin.apache.org/docs/usecases.html], which run continuously
consuming data from some messaging system. Very likely you are looking for
batch DQ checks (when job starts, runs against data, and produces metric for
specific point in time) -- for that you would need to implement batch data
connector.
