Description: can we create a measure with out partitions, i have created a
measure with no where condition, it was successfully created , job also created
but metrics is not coming, while i trigger the job it was showing starting
status rather then success. At first i created hive tables and given same
column name which is having same data, still it is showing the same... can any
one help me
