StreamingDQApp relies on the data connectors based on Spark 1.x
StreamingContext. As Spark has 2.x has matured and 3.x is underway, Spark
Streaming has gone in maintenance mode.
To allow a unified API and support for new connectors, StreamingDQApp should be
upgraded to Structured Streaming.
