help to edit karma for report wiki page

As the email said, we need to append our report to here,

But it seems we cannot edit this page.

My incubator wiki username is WilliamGuo
And email is  gu...@apache.org<mailto:gu...@apache.org>

Could you grant me permission or tell me how to edit it?
