Summary: [UI][Server] Improve the partition configuration way of
Hive table

at current, the partition configuration way of hive table need the partition
key configured in server, that's not appropriate for users' case, we need to
modify the way, to get the partition key from hive table info, and configure
the pattern of each time related column only.
