All restful APIs should follow up standard principles, refer to
https://codeplanet.io/principles-good-restful-api-design/
Furthermore, for application return codes, they should be deferent from HTTP
status code. For example, application return codes could be 10011, 10012, etc.
For create/delete/put, there should be no response body.
