This is a call for a vote on releasing Apache Griffin 0.2.0-incubating,
release candidate 4.
Apache Griffin is data quality service for modern data system, it
defines a standard process to define,measure data quality for well-known
dimensions.
With Apache Griffin, users will be able to quickly define their data
quality requirements and then get the result in near real time in
systematical approach.
** Highlights **
* Enhancement of streaming data quality calculation performance.
* Support timeliness and uniqueness measurements in both batch and
streaming mode.
* Measure job scheduler for batch mode.
* Use eclipselink jpa instead of hibernate by default.
* Use postgresql instead of mysql by default.
* Upgrade detault spark version from 1.6.x to 2.2.1 in measure module.
* Upgrade default hive version from 1.2.1 to 2.2.0 in service moduel.
* Due to the issue from hive [HIVE-17155], griffin did a workaround to
put empty hive configuration xml files in service/src/main/resources/,
users can cover them and rebuild service module if needed.
