Does anyone of us have permissions like that? And that reminds me of
being able to rerun a build for example... something I cannot start either

Seems like the Travis cache might be corrupt. Someone with permission
needs to clear the caches I think:

We can't use TeamCity for pull requests, for security reasons. I'm not

Hi all,
The jenkins build seems to be disabled and the Travis build is
failing for a reason that doesn’t make sense to me for pull requests
https://travis-ci.org/apache/groovy/jobs/158412284
<https://travis-ci.org/apache/groovy/jobs/158412284>
The TeamCity builds seem to be running but doesn't handle pull
requests:

There appears to be a way to configure TeamCity to handle pull
requests:
https://blog.jetbrains.com/teamcity/2013/02/automatically-building-pull-requests-from-github-with-teamcity/
<https://blog.jetbrains.com/teamcity/2013/02/automatically-building-pull-requests-from-github-with-teamcity/>
Can the Travis and Jenkins builds for pull requests be disabled if
they are not going to be used and should be using TeamCity for
pull requests as above?
Cheers
Graeme
