Yes. Everything except the data parallelism will just need a light sub-edit. Everything in the data parallel section will need either deleting a rewriting to show how things are done with Streams. The question is whether to make a GPars 1.3 release at all, and whether to just make the docs (especially those on the GPars website) GPars 2.0 specific on the grounds that anyone using GPars will be using JDK8 and so GPars 2.0.
