Actually, "gradle dist" (without the "clean") seemed to work fine on
Windows. Given that our src distro should start as "clean", I think just
removing clean from the instructions might be a better solution than
requiring a specific platform. Still a bug in Gradle lurking there perhaps
but we can sidestep for our users.
