Recently it has become mostly a one-person project with the main maintainer now being drawn in other directions. It has been proposed to bring Geb to the ASF as a Groovy subproject. The contribution is as described here[3]. The intention is that it will have its own repositories and mailing lists. The vote is open for the next 72 hours and passes if a majority of at least three +1 PMC votes are cast.
