Hi folks, We'd like to welcome Søren Glasius to the Groovy PMC. Søren has been a committer since 2020. As well as being a long-time Groovy supporter many of you will know him from his work on Grails and his wonderful work running the Gr8conf conferences for many years. I expect he will be a valuable conduit between the Groovy and Grails communities as discussions about Grails moving to the ASF continue.
We'd also like to welcome Jonny Carter as a Groovy committer. Jonny has been active in the Groovy community for many years. Lately he has been key to keeping Geb active and bringing it to the ASF (repo move underway). He also works for Adaptavist who are also long-time Groovy supporters. Adaptavist has built a successful business offering a Groovy scripting interface for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. We welcome Søren and Jonny to their new roles! Keep on Groovying! Cheers, Paul.
