If I may, I know that I'm very new here but I have an idea that could interrest
you.

The idea is that every new contrinutor has to sove a certain amount if
non-critics bugs labeled "newcommer" under the conduct of a mentor. The aim is
to guide newcommers into the projecy itself, code organisation and guidelines
of the devs very quickly and helps them getting confortable with the working
methods of the team.

Mageia Linux uses this system to manager the new packagers like me and this is
really enjoyable.

Hope this idea helps.
