The rat gradle plugin let's you specify external license files and has much
better path-based rather than filename-based exclusion names. I only had time
to do command line integration of rat so far.

Headers
Hello everybody,

I have added some of the missing headers:

https://github.com/apache/incubator-groovy/commit/09174fb5894c79c39d752b272b1c94db506bb5ca
https://github.com/apache/incubator-groovy/commit/b9e1ba9380e0559ab0bccfeeb8e16290335b12d4
https://github.com/apache/incubator-groovy/commit/75fcf88cbcee685b2597e499013ea7914ad46137
https://github.com/apache/incubator-groovy/commit/8fc9437fbb78672fcf371695e4236b984818ccb5

Time permitting I will continue tomorrow (if nobody beats me to this).

I have also created a issue to request Rat support for the Creative
Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.5 and Creative Commons
Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 licenses:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAT-206

Cheers,
Pascal
