[gsl-dev] OpenOffice To-Do's: Layout Manager Widget & GUI Builder

I was just skimming through the to do list, and when I came across the sections on the Layout Manager Widget & GUI Builder, the first thing I could think of was Mozilla's implementation of XUL. I'm a novice to OpenOffice Dev, so I don't know if this is suitable for what you would like to do or if it has even been considered in the past.
