we'd need the Xinerama case and the multiple screen case. The multiple
screen case is the most useful for presentations: think of a laptop at a
conference uing one screen for notes and the other screen (like e.g. a
projector) for the full screen presentation. The same can be done with
Xinerama enabled of course, but it would probably not be configured that
way. Xinerama is more common on the desktop with multiple monitors.
Actually the Xinerama solution is the easiest one IMHO as there already
is some rudimentary Xinerama awareness built into the vcl implementation.
