[gsl-dev] about VCL

Hi guys; 

I'd ask about VCL? How can I build a new program with VCL ?  

I search for a good GUI. I've tried GTK, QT and another. I've found the VCL is a good GUI because it has a very good interface, a good integration with different OS [Windows – Linux – Solaris – and in future in Mac OS X] and an important thing is LGPL.

Why do I need this? Because I think to create a new program depend on OpenOffice.org. You should make it with VCL and GSL 

Did any body make VCL separate and alone?  If not May any body help me? , please .
