That's because you're talking about COMMAND_WHEEL_ZOOM which is using
Ctrl-wheel. I'm talking abound COMMAND_WHEEL_DATAZOM which was on
shift-wheel and is now on alt-wheel. Ctrl-Wheel is unchanged.
