GUACAMOLE-436: Update website to reflect git repository and dist area
rename.
**SOME DOWNLOADS ARE CURRENTLY BROKEN** as the dist area has been renamed
from `incubator/guacamole/` to `guacamole/`. This change corrects the affected
releases, and also updates the links to the various git repositories to reflect
the recent rename.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/guacamole-website incubator-rename
