GUACAMOLE-481: Add Turkish Q keymap for RDP
I've created tr_tr_qwerty.keymap according to Turkish Q keyboard layout. I
have tested this over FreeRDP with a Windows machine, everything seems to be
working fine.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/csenel/guacamole-server master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/guacamole-server/pull/131.patch
