So ... I'm not sure what's failing here, but it seems internal to the
Docker process performing the build. Manually restarting the
guacamole-server-master build (which failed at the same time for the same
reason) worked.

I've modified both builds to ignore failures during the attempt to clean up
the temporary image, but it'd be nice to know what's going on.
