    GUACAMOLE-220: Document LDAP support for user groups.

    These changes:
    
    * Add documentation covering configuration of Guacamole's LDAP support such 
that LDAP groups are available and taken into account
    * Updates existing documentation covering usage of LDAP with a database, 
noting that both users and groups will be mapped to database objects based on 
their unique names.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
