The Guacamole project itself does not have any particular methodology
for this, it is more of a system development question.
There are several ways one could go about it, as such it is in the hands
of the system integrator to choose something that suits their
environment and needs.

I recall other discussion around the same matter; I think if you have a
look at the mailing list archive you may well find ideas that will
assist you in coming to a design for your situation.
