The download links on https://guacamole.apache.org/releases/1.3.0/ are all HTTP 
instead of HTTPS. As a result they are now blocked by default in the Chrome 
browser. If you click on any of the links it will silently ignore the file. 
Only if you copy the link and paste it in the browser address bar and send will 
it actually show the problem in the bottom left, and allow you to override the 
"Discard" action.
