This change migrates the *entire manual* from the old DocBook XML format to Sphinx and the "MyST" flavor of Markdown, with the exception of the protocol reference which has been migrated to reStructuredText. To facilitate documentation of the Guacamole protocol, this change also adds a Sphinx plugin which defines markup for documenting Guacamole protocol instructions. To avoid duplicating work, I also restructured the JDBC and configuration documentation to leverage tabs and shared sections. For example, rather than make the same changes to each of the four copies of the session recording documentation, I consolidated things into one section and added links.
