Our mailing lists aren't really intended as marketplaces to request
private, paid support. They're places for individuals to assist each
other publicly for the benefit of the entire community. This includes
not only those directly involved in each conversation, but also those
that might read these conversations in the future when looking through
the list archives or search engine results.
If you can share the details of the actual problem you're encountering,
(errors, logs, full context) then folks right here on the list might be
able to help you.
If all you can share about your problem is more-or-less that it exists,
there really isn't much anyone will be able to do. You need to provide
specifics and context.
