Hello all,

After this last series of commits, I think the Apache Guacamole
website is finally ready to be deployed. If there are no objections,
I'd like to do so today, and update the old guac-dev.org site to
redirect to guacamole.incubator.apache.org.

The code for the new site can be found here:

https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-website

Please see the README.md for build instructions if you wish to build a
local copy for viewing. The site is mainly identical to the old
guac-dev.org site, except:

1) Wording tying the project itself directly to Glyptodon has been removed
2) The "sponsors" section has been removed
3) A new section at the bottom of the "Help / Support" page listing
known providers of commercial support has been added, Glyptodon
included, along with an offer to list any who contact us.
4) The following disclaimer on the release archives page:

"The Apache Guacamole project has not yet made a release through the
Apache Incubator. All releases below are from prior to Guacamole's
acceptance into the Incubator. They are not Apache Software Foundation
releases, and are licensed under the MIT license."

5) The following disclaimer on all pre-Apache releases:

"The release below is from prior to Guacamole's acceptance into the
Apache Incubator. It is not an Apache Software Foundation release, and
is licensed under the MIT license."

6) Updated contribution guidelines and license description
7) Updated GitHub and JIRA links
8) Appropriate copyright/trademark notices in the footer of all pages
9) Nifty new styling ;)

Please let me know what you think.

Thanks,

- Mike
