Nothing huge... just stuff that came to mind as I read the Contributing
section on the open-source page:
* After finding the CONTRIBUTING file in SCM, there is mention of
sprints but not what your normal iteration cycles are so the question
about timing came up.
* The CONTRIBUTING file has the meat of the process, but seems like it
could use more of an emphasis - perhaps making the word "CONTRIBUTING" a
link would help?
* Is feedback/work regarding code submissions expected to be in the jira
ticket? The usual ASF saying is that "if it didn't happen on list, then
it didn't happen."
* When will/how will correspondence or feedback on the contribution be
moved to the dev@ list and how would I as a code contributor know? A
link to lists.apache.org would be easy to jam into the ticket.
