    GUACAMOLE-44: ManagedFileUpload.getInstance() must not directly invoke
$apply()

    As `ManagedFileUpload.getInstance()` is sometimes invoked within
`$apply()`, invoking `$apply()` again directly results in a `$digest` loop and
error.
