GUACAMOLE-132: Include ALL .gitignore in source .tar.gz, not just top-level.
Some `.gitignore` files are missing from the source archive, thus the RAT
portion of the build is still failing for anything but a git checkout. Without
these changes, only the top-level `.gitignore` is present.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/incubator-guacamole-client
include-gitignore
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-client/pull/91.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
